Privacy Policy

1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains what information def Utilities ("we", "us") collects when our custom Discord bots operate in your server, and how we handle it. We collect only what's needed to make the bot's features work. We do not sell your data.
2. Data we collect
Depending on the modules enabled for your server, a bot may process and store:
- Discord identifiers — user IDs, server (guild) IDs, channel IDs and role IDs.
- Moderation data — case records such as warnings, mutes, kicks and bans, including reasons and the staff member who acted.
- Leveling data — XP totals, levels and activity counts used for ranks and leaderboards.
- Ticket data — ticket channels and message transcripts generated when a ticket is closed.
- Configuration — the settings you choose for each module (log channels, role rewards, etc.).
- Limited message content — only where a feature requires it (e.g. logging edits/deletes, automod, or ticket transcripts). We do not record general conversations beyond what an enabled feature needs.
This website itself does not require an account and does not use tracking or advertising cookies.
3. How we use data
- To provide and operate the bot's features in your server;
- To maintain moderation history, levels, tickets and logs as configured;
- To diagnose problems, prevent abuse and keep the Service reliable;
- To respond to support requests from server owners and staff.
We do not use your data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. Storage & retention
Data is stored on our hosting infrastructure for as long as the bot is active in your server and as needed to provide its features. Server owners can request deletion of their server's data. When a bot is removed from a server or a subscription ends, associated data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.
5. Sharing & third parties
The bot runs on Discord and on third-party hosting providers used to operate the Service. Data necessarily passes through Discord's platform, which is governed by Discord's Privacy Policy. We share data only as needed to run the Service, comply with law, or protect our rights. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights & choices
- Server owners may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their server's stored data.
- Members can ask the server owner to have their data removed, or contact us directly.
- Removing the bot from a server stops further data collection for that server.
7. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from anyone below that age. If you believe a child's data has been collected, contact us and we will remove it.
8. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect stored data, including access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affects your data, we will take appropriate steps to address it.
9. Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes are reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
